Dutiesand Responsibilities
- Receive deliveries, break down loads, and rotate cooler contents.
- Weigh, price, label, and prepare value‑added product.
- Stock cases and select products, ensuring quality presentation.
- Provide exemplary customer service and suggestive selling based on product knowledge.
- Maintain sanitation and food safety standards throughout the store.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
- Process cuts for the service counter or special orders.
- Set service cases and participate in production planning.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations to complete job duties satisfactorily.
- Must meet ergonomic and physical requirements, including physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must meet the company performance standards, including regular attendance.
- Must use, or learn to use, equipment and tools required for this job.
- Must work in a cold environment.
Shift hours: minimum 4‑hour shifts or longer depending on business needs.
Job cycles: continual max.
Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%
Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
Max pull static: 20 lbs.
