What we’re looking for in a Solar Sales Consultant

• Skilled:
  Confident communicator with a proven ability to build relationships. Experience in outside sales is preferred but not required. Comfortable engaging with all types of buyers, which will include business owners, C-level executives, farmers, and homeowners. Strong organizational skills and a drive to succeed.
• Knowledgeable:
  You’re connected in your community and enjoy meeting new people. Whether you already have relationships with business owners and decision-makers or are eager to build them, you’re confident reaching out to start conversations and helping others understand the value of solar energy. You’re willing to make cold calls, learn consultative selling, and grow into an exceptional closer.
• Passionate:
  Highly self‑motivated with a strong self‑starter mentality. You enjoy continuous learning and are always looking for ways to improve and grow.
• Team Player:
  Humble. Excellent communicator. Self‑starter with a creative mindset and eagerness to embrace challenges, both externally and internally.

• $80K to $100K annually to be offset by commissions earned with NO cap on annual earnings plus bonus opportunities.
• Company car and company cell phone and laptop, with all required accessories.
• Proven marketing team to help generate leads; experienced estimating team to deliver timely and accurate quotes; and, strong project management team to support each sold project.
