Job Summary Steven Automotive is seeking an optimistic, energetic, and driven Sales Associate. Our sales team sells with a consultative approach and is committed to creating a great buying AND ownership experience for our clientele.

• Be given a full sales and phone skill training curriculum
• Greet and guide customers as they appear on the lot to proceed with the sales process
• Assist customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
• Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications
• Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales

• Possess an enthusiastic attitude with high energy throughout the workday
• Maintain an outgoing, friendly personality, especially when handling objections
• Possess excellent customer service skills
• Possess strong communication skills with customers and team members
• Persistent, competitive and have a good work ethic
• Available to work flexible hours and weekends
• Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred
• Ready to waste no time on learning new product in s and out s, eager to improve
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
• Clean driving record and valid driver  license
• High School Diploma or equivalent, required
• Hospitality Experience, Preferred
• Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Compensation: $45,000 to $125,000/year
