Solar Central LLC is a Florida-based residential solar company helping homeowners explore customized solar energy solutions and $0 down financing options.
We're expanding throughout Harrisonburg, McGaheysville, Elkton, Waynesboro, Staunton, Bridgewater, Dayton, Broadway, Timberville, Grottoes, Fishersville, Verona, Mount Jackson, Charlottesville, and surrounding communities.
As a Residential Solar Sales Consultant, you'll connect with homeowners, introduce solar energy solutions, conduct in-home consultations, and help customers through the sales process.
This is a full-cycle sales role that includes generating leads, presenting proposals, and closing sales—not just setting appointments.
What You'll DoConnect with homeowners through door-to-door outreach.
Generate leads and schedule appointments.
Conduct in-home solar consultations.
Explain solar energy benefits, financing options, and potential savings.
Present customized solar proposals and close sales.
Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation process.
Work with company-provided leads when available.
What We're Looking ForFriendly, outgoing individuals who enjoy meeting new people.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners face-to-face.
Willingness to learn sales techniques and develop closing skills.
Reliable transportation required.
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Bilingual English/Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
Compensation & OpportunitiesJob Type: Full-Time / Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation: Commission-Only | Uncapped Earning Potential
Potential earnings of $5,000–$20,000+ per month based on performance.
Top performers may earn $25,000+ per month
