Hourly Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour. Health & Welfare Pay: $1,211 per month (per CBA) and it also offers Vacation, Sick Leave, Paid Holidays, and Pension Plan per the collective bargaining agreement. Workday hours: 8:30am‑5:00pm.

LB&B Associates Inc. is currently accepting applications for a General Maintenance Worker at its contract to provide operation and maintenance services located at the Harrisonburg Federal Courthouse, Harrisonburg, VA.

• Replacing electrical receptacles, wires, switches, fixtures, and motors.
• Using plaster or compound to patch minor holes and cracks in walls and ceilings.
• Repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets.
• Painting floors, steps, and sidewalks.
• Replacing damaged paneling and floor tiles.
• Hanging doors and installing locks.
• Replacing broken windowpanes and performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery.

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience performing general maintenance and repair of equipment requiring practical skill and knowledge in trades such as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.
• Experience in commercial HVAC repair and maintenance of mechanical building systems, including PMs, routine service calls, and overall facility maintenance highly desired.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
