Shipping Clerk

We're looking for a Shipping Clerk to support our daily shipping and receiving operations. In this role, you'll process shipments, receive incoming goods, prepare materials for freight pickup, and help keep the warehouse organized and running efficiently. You'll also maintain accurate shipping and inventory records using Microsoft Excel and our ERP system.

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
• 18 months of related experience preferred
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift 25 lbs. on average, with occasional lifting of up to 75 lbs.

Base Salary Range: $17.00 - $20.38 per hour.

This salary range represents the compensation Com Sonics reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting and has been established in good faith based on current market data, internal pay practices, and applicable laws. Final compensation will be determined within this range based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, education, internal equity, geographic location, and business needs.

Offers are typically aligned within the lower to mid-range of the salary band, depending on experience and alignment with role requirements.

• Positions not eligible for commission may be eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Bonus opportunities are based on role level and are subject to individual and company performance. Any bonus is not guaranteed and is governed by the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
• Positions eligible for commission participate in a commission-based compensation plan. Commission earnings are based on individual performance and applicable sales plans. Actual earnings may vary and are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable commission plan.
