We're hiring a dependable, motivated Warehouse Associate to keep our warehouse organized and installation crews prepared for success.
No warehouse or construction experience? No problem! We're looking for someone hardworking, organized, and eager to learn!
$18-$20/hour starting pay
Paid Weekly - Every Friday!
Choose your shift: 7 AM-4 PM or 8 AM-5 PM for Monday - Friday
Health Benefits: Eligible after 30 days
401(k) with Company Match: Eligible after 90 days
Paid Time Off: Available after 90 days with unlimited rollover of unused hours
What You'll Do- Load and unload delivery trucks
- Pull and prepare materials for installation crews based on job orders
- Inspect deliveries for accuracy, missing items, and damage
- Assist with inventory tracking and organization
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Communicate order issues with Operations and Processing teams
- Occasionally pick up or deliver materials within 100 miles of Richmond using a company vehicle
- Reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Able to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted when needed
- Basic computer and communication skills
- Friendly and professional with customers, vendors, and coworkers
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable with occasional local driving
- No previous warehouse experience required!
This is NOT a manufacturing or production role! You'll gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory, and logistics while learning how our business operates.
