DescriptionLuxor Healthcare seeks a CMT Certified Medication Technician to join our clinical team in delivering high‑level resident care. Join our active, dedicated team and make an impact on patient care.
Duties & Responsibilities- Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in activities of daily living.
- Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other.
- Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
- Administer and/or assist with self‑administration of prescribed medication to residents and maintain related medical records under RN/LPN supervision.
- Maintain medical records and written documentation ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal and state regulations, certification standards, legal and ethical standards.
- Transport assigned residents to and from appropriate dining areas; feed or assist any resident as needed.
- Make frequent rounds and check on residents. Supervise nurse’s aides, ensuring proper care. Assist CNA staff with direct resident care when necessary. Follow‑up to ensure correction of problems.
- Current Missouri CMT Certified Medication Technician Certification.
