Hospital Liaison Position Summary
The ideal candidate is a motivated, results‑driven professional with strong clinical knowledge and proven experience in skilled nursing admissions and referral development. This role plays a key part in driving census growth while ensuring smooth, high‑quality transitions for new admissions.
Job Type: Full‑Time
Salary: Commensurate with experience

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, and community referral sources
- Generate consistent admissions through professional outreach and follow‑up
- Understand and manage the full admissions process, including assessments, documentation, and authorizations
- Clinically review referrals to determine appropriate placement
- Communicate special needs of new admissions to ensure smooth transitions
- Coordinate facility presentations and on‑site tours
- Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care reimbursement guidelines
- Support positive public relations and encourage word‑of‑mouth referrals
- Travel between facilities as needed to support referral development
- Healthcare Marketing: 1 year
- Admissions: 1 year (Preferred)
