Flatbed CDL Driver, Regional Route

Overview

System Transport is hiring experienced CDL‑A flatbed truck drivers for regional routes in the western United States. Drivers will transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. The position offers competitive pay, benefits, and a transition package.

• Operate flatbed trucks safely and efficiently on regional routes.
• Transport and secure a variety of cargo including glass, steel, aluminum, and other building materials.
• Adhere to company safety standards and use the modern truck equipment such as lane departure, collision warning, and satellite communication.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports, and complete required documentation.
• Participate in orientation and receive a $1,800 transition package, including $1,000 for the first two weeks of orientation.

• Valid Class A CDL.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum 4 months of driving experience.
• Clean driving record.
• No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years.
• Background check, drug test, and clearinghouse result required.
• Physically able to lift a 90‑pound tarp onto a 5‑foot platform twice during orientation.
• Preferred: 1 year truck driving experience.

• Weekly pay: $912.23–$1,862.98 (annual $47,424.00–$96,824.00).
• Miles: $.57–$.71 per mile.
• Accessorials: tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonus, over‑dimensional pay.
• Transition package: $1,800, $1,000 for first two weeks orientation.

Home time:
Off most weekends for a 34‑hour reset. Home time may vary by division; this opportunity is for Division 290.
