The successful candidate will take responsibility for payroll administration while also supporting the wider finance team with bookkeeping, reconciliations and day-to-day financial processing.Key

Responsibilities of Part Time Payroll Administrator:

• Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with current payroll legislation.
• Maintain payroll records and manage payroll related administration.
• Respond to payroll queries and support employees with payroll matters.
• Support day to day finance and accounting activities.
• Assist with bookkeeping, bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Process purchase and sales ledger invoices.
• Use accounting systems including Xero and Sage to maintain financial information.
• Produce reports and support finance administration using Excel.
