Management Accountant Creative Agency | West London | Hybrid | 45k - 55k We’re partnering with a vibrant growing creative agency to recruit a Management Accountant to join their close-knit finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on Management Accountant who enjoys working in an SME environment where they can take ownership, make an impact, and work closely with senior stakeholders.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance function, improving processes, and providing valuable commercial insight to the wider business. Responsibilities Own the month-end close process, including accruals, prepayments, journals and balance sheet reconciliations Support the preparation of group quarterly management accounts Prepare monthly management accounts and provide commentary on financial performance Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting Prepare and submit VAT returns, ensuring compliance and accuracy across all submissions Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting Maintain strong financial controls and improve processes across the business Support the Finance Director with ad hoc analysis and strategic projects Work closely with project teams and senior stakeholders across the agency About You An experienced Management Accountant with a strong understanding of the full month-end process and financial reporting Ideally finalist or part-qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA, although strong relevant experience will be considered Comfortable working in a small finance team where you can take ownership, be hands-on and make a visible impact Confident partnering with senior stakeholders and communicating financial information clearly to non-finance teams Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to improving processes and identifying efficiencies Previous experience within a creative agency, media, marketing or professional services environment would be advantageous Someone who enjoys variety, autonomy and being part of a collaborative, entrepreneurial business The agency would welcome conversations with candidates who are looking for a part-time role, 3-4 days a week.
