Up to £38,000 - £42,000 (flexible DOE) Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing accountancy practice with multiple offices across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Accountant to join a supportive and progressive firm offering genuine career development and exposure to a varied client portfolio.

The Role You'll manage your own portfolio of clients, providing a high-quality service across accounts, tax and advisory work while supporting the development of junior team members.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of owner-managed business clients.
• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts and management accounts.
• Preparing and reviewing personal tax returns, partnership accounts and VAT returns.
• Liaising directly with clients, business owners and directors.
• Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team.
• Assisting with advisory work, forecasts and business projections where required. About You We're looking for someone who is:
• ACA or ACCA qualified (or a finalist with strong practice experience).
• Experienced within an accountancy practice, ideally at Senior Accountant or Assistant Manager level.
• Confident managing their own client portfolio.
• Proactive, organised and client-focused.
• Familiar with accounting software such as IRIS, Sage, Xero or Quick Books. What's on Offer?
