Job Overview

We're currently recruiting on behalf of our Harrogate-based client for a proactive and organised Administrator to join their team on a 6‑month temporary basis. This role would suit someone who enjoys a varied administrative position and is happy supporting across teams in a busy office environment.

Location: Harrogate

Pay: Up to £15.00 per hour

Contract: 6‑Month Temporary Contract

Your role
  • Supporting the wider Client Services team with day-to-day tasks
  • Handling incoming external calls and directing enquiries to the relevant department
  • Processing client cash payments accurately and efficiently
  • Issuing client valuation statements as requested
  • Liaising with Managers to obtain authorisation before releasing documentation
  • Keeping tracking spreadsheets up to date to monitor progress and returned forms
  • Communicating with external third parties regarding documentation received or distributed
  • Ensuring all paperwork is completed in line with internal policies and regulatory standards
  • Collating returned documentation and maintaining precise, organised records
  • Providing reception cover when required
  • Assisting with general administrative duties to support the smooth running of the team
About You
  • Previous administration experience
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Professional and approachable communication style
