Facilities Co-ordinator
We're looking for a Facilities Co-ordinator with the skills to keep Brimham Rocks in tiptop condition and running smoothly for all visitors and staff.
Salary: £13.25 per hour
Contract Duration: Permanent
Working Hours: 700 hours per year (annualised hours; salary paid in 12 equal instalments)
Working Pattern: From March to October: 3 days per week (Sunday to Tuesday), 9:00am–2:30pm, plus additional hours during school holidays and Bank Holidays. From November to February: 2 days per week (Sunday to Monday), 8:30am–2:00pm.
Responsibilities- Run an efficient, effective and flexible facilities service for Brimham Rocks.
- Assist the property team in maintaining high standards through reactive, planned and preventative maintenance, cleaning and caretaking.
- Prepare public areas and visitor facilities, including car parks and grounds.
- Prepare meeting rooms and coordinate deliveries and collections.
