Procurement Coordinator – Bettys & Taylors Group

Location: Harrogate, UK – Pagoda House (Harrogate office)

Employment type: Full‑time (37.5 hours per week, hybrid work & flexi‑time)

Pay: Pay range available upon request; actual salary determined by skills and experience.

About the role

You will join our Central Procurement Team and provide operational and administrative support, manage and interpret procurement data, generate reports and analysis, offer insights, and serve as first‑line support for internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Support day‑to‑day procurement processes.
  • Collect, analyze, and report procurement data.
  • Generate insights and recommendations to improve procurement efficiency.
  • Provide first‑line support to end users on procurement tools and procedures.
Required qualifications & experience
  • Senior administrative or coordinator experience.
  • Proven data and process analysis focused on improvement.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Highly organised, accurate, and detail‑oriented.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proactive, self‑motivated, and capable of managing workload independently.
  • Curious, creative, and eager to understand systems & processes.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Power

    BI); willingness to learn new software such as IFS.
