Our family business is home to three iconic Yorkshire brands – Yorkshire Tea, Bettys and Taylors of Harrogate.
Due to internal promotion, an opportunity has arisen in our Central Procurement Team, and we are looking for a Procurement Coordinator to join us at Pagoda House, Harrogate.
As a Central Procurement Coordinator, you will provide operational and administrative support, manage and interpret procurement data, hlas generate reports and analysis, offer insights, and serve as first‑line support for end users.
This is a full‑time position requiring 37.5 hours per week across five days. We offer flexibility regarding when and where those hours are worked, including options for hybrid work and flexitime; however, the role will involve collaborating with colleagues in our Harrogate offices two to three days per week. - Senior administrative or coordinator experience
- Proven data and process analysis with a focus on improvement
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Highly organised, accurate, and detail‑oriented
- Excellent communicator
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and capable of managing own workload
- Curious, creative, and eager to understand systems & processes
- Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Power
BI); willing to learn new software, especially IFS.ide
