Marmion is seeking a Consultant Quantity Surveyor with RICS qualification to join our established Harrogate practice. You will work across healthcare projects and other sectors, delivering cost consultancy from feasibility through to final account.
With 5+ years post-qualification experience and a BSc in Quantity Surveying, you will manage contracts (JCT/NEC), tendering, and cost analysis while supporting project teams and mentoring juniors in a dynamic consultancy environment.
