Customer Success Advisor (Instructor Support)
£26,500 – £28,000 per year | Full-time | Permanent
Location:
Ripon – office based (commutable from Harrogate, York, Thirsk, Northallerton)
Monday to Friday | No weekends | No evenings

About the Role
We’re recruiting a Customer Success–focused Relationship Manager to join the Head Office team at Bill Plant Driving School, one of the UK’s largest and most trusted driving tuition providers.
This is a relationship-led, customer support role focused on onboarding, coaching, and ongoing account management for our network of self-employed driving instructors.
You’ll help instructors grow their businesses, solve problems, and deliver great experiences to learners — supported by a friendly, collaborative team.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this Customer Success / Relationship Management role, you will:
- Build long-term relationships with driving instructors
- Provide customer support and business guidance via regular calls
- Support instructor onboarding during their first 6 months
- Coach instructors on planning, growth, and pupil supply
- Resolve queries with empathy and professionalism
- Work closely with marketing, training, accounts, and vehicle teams
- Keep accurate records using CRM systems and Outlook
This role suits someone who enjoys helping people succeed, not selling to them.
Skills & Experience

- Customer Success or Customer Support
- Relationship Management or Account Management (non-sales)
- Client Onboarding or Member Support
- Business Support or Coaching
- CRM systems and Microsoft Outlook
- Stakeholder management and problem solving
