Overview
We are looking for a new team member to join our busy customer support team in Weston‑super‑Mare. This is a full‑time, head office‑based position, working Monday‑Friday, 9:00‑5:30 p.m., primarily supporting customers and the team with day‑to‑day operations. The role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, values variety, takes initiative, and works well both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements- Excellent communication skills on the telephone/online
- Confidence when dealing with people
- A positive, can‑do attitude
- Organisation and administrative skills
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Be a member of the Customer Support Team
- Answer and deal with incoming telephone enquiries
- Book appointments into Will Adviser’s diaries
- Manage and maintain all aspects of the Customer Support inbox
- Set up and amend direct debits
- Process incoming campaign responses, update records, and contact customers to arrange appointments
