Whether you’re interested in greeting visitors as they arrive, helping them find the information they need, or keeping the reception area organised and welcoming, we’d love to hear from you.
This is a great opportunity if you want to gain experience in customer service, visitor support, or front‑of‑house work, but it’s equally suited to someone who would like to use and share their existing skills. Volunteering on our welcome desk is also a lovely way to meet new people and feel part of a friendly team.
There’s no minimum time commitment. Whether you can offer a few hours each week or just once a month, we’ll do our best to fit around your schedule. No previous experience is needed — full training and ongoing support will be provided.
