Our client is a leader in their field and due to continued growth are looking for 2 Commercial Assistants. You must be bilingual in French & English. We operate in 75 plus countries wordwide and are continuing to grow!
Duties and Responsibilities
* Liaise between Clients/Freelancers
* Contact customers in relation to payment inquiries
* Enter data into the company software
* Issue, track, process and complete invoices
* Resolving any issues that might arise from events or actions that involve administrative functions, from the sale process
* Billing of the client. T
Skills and Experience
* Ability to work independently.
* Analytical thinking
* Working under pressure
* Coping with tight deadlines
* Good problem-solving skills
* Strong verbal and written skills, in both English and French ((CEFR level C1 minimum)
* Able to provide exceptional customer service.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Ideally 1 or 2-years’ experience a similar administrative and/or customer service position would be ADVANTAGEOUS
