Job Summary
Part‑time branch‑based opportunity. You will work 28 hours per week – including Saturdays – across Lloyds and Halifax branches near Harrogate.

28 hours per week, including Saturdays; part‑time.
Salary: £20,960, increasing to £21,560 after six months.
End Date:
Friday 3 July 2026.
- Provide face‑to‑face customer support in selected branches.
- Handle everyday banking tasks and offer reassurance, guidance, and practical support during important moments (e.g., bereavement, fraud concerns, vulnerable customers, digital banking confidence).
- Promote and support digital services, helping customers use online and mobile banking independently.
- Recognise and act on opportunities to connect customers with the right products and services.
- Deliver on promises, go above and beyond for customers, and collaborate closely with colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Minimum 12 months of customer service experience.
- People skills: honest, genuine, caring about helping people with their finances (no prior financial services experience required).
- Ability to quickly build relationships and deliver a fantastic customer experience.
- Empathy, integrity, and a commitment to resolving queries and building customer confidence.
- Calm under pressure, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Teamwork skills, collaborating closely with colleagues.
Spend a minimum of 12 months in a customer service role, mastering new skills, dealing with complex customer needs, and earning valuable accreditations through our Skill Progression Framework. Pursue opportunities across the Group in Digital, Operations, Fraud, Financial Planning, and leadership roles.
