Customer Service Executive

Customer Service Executive Harrogate - £30k + company bonus + excellent benefits

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join a well-established supplier of workwear, uniform and PPE solutions near Harrogate. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for processing customer orders, managing delivery updates, maintaining customer requirements and providing a high standard of service to customers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
- As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for:

• Accurately processing customer orders through the ERP system.
• Managing delivery updates, delays and substitutions proactively.
• Maintaining customer-specific requirements and ensuring accurate records.
• Administering customer web portals.
• Responding to customer enquiries via email and telephone.
• Liaising confidently with customers and suppliers to resolve queries.
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy across customer and order information.

Skills & Experience
- The successful Customer Service Executive will have:

• Previous experience working as a Customer Service Executive, Customer Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role.
• Experience using ERP systems or similar order-processing platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong data accuracy.
• Strong organisational and administration skills.
• Confident written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing customer requirements within a B2B environment would be advantageous.

This Customer Service Executive role is based near Harrogate and is offered on a permanent basis, with a salary of £30,000 plus company bonus and excellent benefits.
