This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning architectural practice who have studios across the North of England. They are looking for a talented Architectural Technician to join their team in Harrogate.

• Develop concept designs and technical drawings
• Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
• Carry out site visits and undertake surveys to ensure technical compliance
• Liaise with clients, consultants and contractors, building and maintain strong working relationships

• Relevant degree within architecture
• Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Archi
  
  CAD is desirable
• Experience working on residential projects
• Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong technical and design skills
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK Driver's License
