This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Architect looking to work on complex, design-led schemes, often involving listed buildings, sustainability challenges and multiple stakeholders, within a collaborative and values-driven practice.
The Architect Role
Reporting to a Studio Leader, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of projects across all RIBA stages, producing high-quality, well-coordinated design and technical information. You’ll work closely with clients, consultants and contractors, contributing to both project success and the wider studio culture.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering technically robust, well-crafted architectural solutions
Producing and coordinating design and construction information in Revit
Ensuring compliance with UK Building Regulations
Supporting peer reviews and maintaining high technical standards
Engaging positively with clients and external stakeholders
Contributing to sustainability, heritage and low-carbon design objectives
Mentoring and supporting junior team members where appropriate
About You
We are keen to speak with Architects who are passionate about design quality, collaboration and continuous improvement.
You will ideally have:
Part III qualified Architect, registered with ARB and ideally RIBA
3+ years’ UK practice experience post-qualification
Strong experience delivering projects across multiple sectors
High level of proficiency in Autodesk Revit
Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations
Experience with NBS (Building / Chorus) advantageous
PD (Building Regulations) experience beneficial but not essential
Interest in low-carbon, sustainable and/or heritage-led design
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
A positive, proactive and team-oriented mindset

Competitive salary DOE circa £40,000 – £43,000 per annum.
