We are seeking Lecturers to teach across undergraduate levels in our BA (Hons) Accounting & Finance programme. Flexibility to teach weekdays, evenings, weekends required. Join us to ignite a passion for learning.

• Plan, deliver, and assess student work, ensuring learning outcomes are met
• Develop, update, and improve course materials as appropriate
• Use a variety of teaching methods/materials
• Engage in staff development activities, peer observations, meetings and other administrative duties
• Keep up to date with latest developments in the field and student support practices
• Work towards objectives for student attendance, continuation, completion, satisfaction and progression

• Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from UK or equivalent; full membership of PSRB's (PhD desirable)
• Previous UK HE lecturing experience delivering core accounting modules such as Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Taxation, Audit, etc.
• Extensive knowledge of relevant subject matter
• Experience supervising student work and providing support and feedback
• Accurate reporting and maintain thorough and organised student records
• Ability to work under pressure, plan and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team‑working skills
• Ability to work with diverse groups of people

• Postgraduate Certificate of Academic Practice or equivalent teaching qualification, or commitment to enrol in a teaching programme during probationary period
• Full qualification from PSRB's such as ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW, IFA
