Position: Prep School Teacher (Fixed Term)
  • A committed and talented practitioner who teaches across all curriculum subjects.

  • A qualified and creative teacher with excellent knowledge of the primary/prep school curriculum, including recent learning and teaching initiatives.

  • Fair and have a positive and calm approach to ensuring pupils meet high expectations of good behaviour.
  • Cheerful, adaptable and possesses a good sense of humour.
  • Willing to contribute to our co-curricular programme and the wider school community.
  • Be open to new ideas and professional growth.

This role is to commence in April 2026 and is offered on a full time, fixed term contract until 31 August 2026.

Please be advised that, as Ashville is an Independent School, we operate our own competitive Teacher’s Pay Scale. The School operates a Defined Contribution (DC) pension plan with Legal and General (18% School contribution) and offers additional salary sacrifice for employee contributions (7-18%) to this plan.
