• Develop, implement, and evaluate a leading‑edge SEND strategy
• Coordinate and review EHCPs, interventions, and provisions
• Lead a talented team of Teaching Assistants and support staff

• Deliver staff training, guidance, and embedded SEND CPD
• Track progress with rigorous, data‑led approaches

• Expert SEND practitioner with UK QTS (or equivalent)
• Proven track record as SENCO (or Outstanding aspiring SENCO)
• Holds or working towards NASENCO qualification
