** What You’ll Be Doing
*** Managing multi-utility projects across North East area, ensuring successful delivery in line with budget, safety, and performance targets.
* Coordinating resources effectively to meet client and asset owner requirements while maximising efficiency.
* Liaising with key stakeholders, including clients, local authorities, DNOs, iDNOs, Water Authorities, and NAV partners.
* Ensuring compliance with industry accreditations (WIRS, GIRS, NERS) and regulatory requirements.
* Leading and supporting operational teams, ensuring best practices in construction, health & safety, and engineering standards.
* Driving performance, from cost control and project audits to risk management and continuous improvement.
** What We’re Looking For
*** Proven experience in project management within the utilities sector (gas, water, electricity).
* Strong knowledge of CDM regulations, asset adoption processes, and industry standards.
* Commercial awareness – ability to manage budgets, contracts, and financial targets.
* Accreditations: NRSWA Supervisor, EUSR SHEA Passport (Gas, Water & Electric).
* Excellent leadership skills – able to manage teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectively.
