We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager with a strong background in Network Rail projects to join our client‑side team on a E&P (Electrical & Power) project. This role offers a unique opportunity to work directly with the client, providing commercial oversight, risk management, and financial control on rail infrastructure projects.

This is a contract position outside IR35, offering flexibility with hybrid working (2 days per week in York).

• Proven experience as a Commercial Manager on Network Rail projects, client‑side.
• Strong understanding of rail infrastructure contracts and Network Rail commercial procedures.
• Experience with E&P (Electrical & Power) rail projects would be a bonus.
• Ability to work hybrid, based in York 2 days per week.

• Competitive daily rate of £400-£450.
