Marmion in Harrogate is seeking an Engineering, Utilities and Facilities Manager with strong FMCG engineering experience. The role reports to the Operations Director and sits on the Plant Leadership Team, guiding safety, efficiency and performance across engineering, utilities and facilities.
You will manage an engineering team, drive continuous improvement, and own the Cap Ex and maintenance strategies to maximise uptime and value. This is a strategic, high-visibility leadership role.
