General Engineer - Project Manager

This position is only available to UK Nationals. Applicants must hold UK citizenship and have lived in the UK for at least 8 years out of the last 10 years for this position

The primary duties of this role is to serve as a professional general engineer, performing design, project programming and construction management. You will monitor duties and improvement projects of real property facilities and infrastructure, to include utility systems, and manage projects for new construction and renovations. You will maintain surveillance over construction contractors to ensure overall compliance with contract specifications and schedules.

In addition, you will plan, program, budget, and execute required projects, collect data and evaluate factors which affect the application of concepts, principles, theories and methods required to observe, examine, measure, analyze, map, and describe physical and technical features and phenomena. You will comply with health, safety, and environmental rules and procedures and performs work in a manner that enhances the safety of the work environment.
