We are exclusively partnered with a successful food manufacturing business based in Harrogate, who are seeking a motivated and proactive Management Accountant/Finance Manager to join their team. As Management Accountant/Finance Manager, you will take ownership of a wide range of financial responsibilities, supporting decision-making and driving improvements across the business. Your main duties will include:

• Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reporting
• Supporting month-end close and presenting results to management
• Implementing and improving financial processes and controls
• Managing and reporting on stock, including variance analysis
• Partnering with operational teams to provide insight and support
• Contributing to ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives

This role requires regular travel to their sister site twice per week.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Part-qualified or fully qualified (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
• Experienced in management accounting, ideally within manufacturing or a product-based environment
• A strong communicator, able to build relationships across departments
• Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable in a hands-on role
• Analytical with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Competitive salary dependent on experience - £45k - £55k
