Axon Moore is recruiting on behalf of a property development company in Harrogate. We are looking for a Finance Analyst to support the team with pricing, financial analysis, and market research.
Key Responsibilities- Help set rental prices and operating costs for new projects
- Build and maintain financial models
- Research the property market and provide updates on rental levels and occupancy
- Review past models and explain differences
- Support the wider team and keep records updated in the CRM system
- Strong Excel skills (essential) to advance level – macros, modelling, designing templates
- Good financial and analytical ability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage stakeholders
- Build relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Confident working in a busy, fast-paced environment
