The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the overall delivery of the single‑family home model, aligning your efforts with company objectives, metrics, and policies. We are looking for an experienced and self‑driven individual to work using their own initiative.

• P&L production and investor reporting packs
• Provide support in the preparation of annual business plans
• KPI & budget variance reporting
• Reporting on deferred income and rent arrears
• Performing and overseeing accounts receivable and payable duties
• Bank reconciliations
• Preparation of quarterly VAT returns

• The candidate should be Fully Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or QBE
• Minimum of 5 years of experience of working within accountancy and finance
• Advantageous having a similar previous role within industry, particularly in the property management industry
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint - experience using property management software or Xero is preferred
• Professional verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and an ability to handle advanced conversations in a professional and customer‑focused manner

• Ability to prioritise and manage high workloads during peak periods
