• Access to clients and established business opportunities.
• Professional introducers, marketing campaigns and client events.
• Centralised support with reports, client packs, submissions and suitability documents.
• Support with diary management, client reviews and lead follow ups.
• Expert guidance, mentoring, joint client visits and file reviews.
• Work alongside an experienced Operations Director to grow your portfolio.

• Build and maintain long term client relationships based on trust and exceptional service.
• Assess clients' financial needs, objectives and circumstances.
• Explain suitable wealth management and financial planning solutions clearly and professionally.
• Conduct client meetings, reviews and follow ups.
• Prepare recommendations, reports and supporting documentation.
• Work closely with internal colleagues and external professional introducers.
• Monitor client needs and respond promptly to enquiries.
• Maintain accurate client records and meet regulatory and compliance standards.
• Develop new business opportunities and grow your client bank.
• Deliver consistently high standards of advice, service and professionalism.

• Minimum 2 years experience in banking, financial advice or wealth management.
• Relevant financial services qualifications and the regulatory status required for the role.
• Strong client relationship and advisory skills.
• Knowledge of wealth management solutions and financial planning principles.
• Excellent communication, analytical and numerical skills.
• High standards of integrity, professionalism and client confidentiality.
• Strong organisation and the ability to manage your own workload.
• A proactive, commercially minded approach to developing client relationships and growing a business.
