Management Accountant | Harrogate | £50,000 + Hybrid

This is a chance to join a well-established professional services business in Harrogate as their Management Accountant. You’ll report directly to the Finance Director, who is genuinely keen to train and develop the right person. • Owning the month-end process and producing management accounts
• Preparing reporting and analysis for the FD and leadership team
• Budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
• Balance sheet reconciliations and journals
• Supporting year-end and working with the auditors
• Managing and developing a junior team member
• Getting involved in ad hoc projects and process improvements as you grow into the role

• Experience producing management accounts, ideally in a services environment
• Part or newly qualified (ACCA, CIMA or ACA), or qualified by experience
• Someone who enjoys helping others learn, as you’ll be supporting a junior colleague
• Strong Excel skills and a curious, hands‑on approach
• Ambition to keep progressing with the backing of an experienced FD

• Up to £50,000 salary
