What you’ll do- Assess, plan, deliver and evaluate personalised care plans
- Lead, supervise and support a team of care staff
- Administer and manage medicines safely
- Provide nursing support in line with NMC guidelines and best practice
- Monitor health and wellbeing, responding quickly to any changes
- Support daily living tasks, promoting independence, dignity and choice
- Liaise with families, health professionals and other agencies
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all regulatory requirements
- Clinical experience in a UK nursing or hospital setting (essential)
- A caring, empathetic and professional approach
- Good leadership, communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and on-call
- Experience in disability, residential or complex care nursing (advantageous but not essential)
- 28 days holiday per annum inclusive of bank holidays (up to 33 days)

Support when you need it most, plus so much more - Enhanced pay: £1.00 per hour will only apply to night working (8pm Monday to 7am Friday) and weekend working (8pm Friday to 7am Monday). This does not apply to Sleep-Ins.
We offer occasional hours. You’ll need to be flexible to work across weekdays and weekends as part of a rota. Typical shifts may include:
- Night shifts: 7.30pm - 8.00am (30‑minute unpaid break). You will be required to work a minimum of 2-3 shifts per month.
