Are you an experienced and motivated Registered Care Home Manager looking for your next opportunity? We’re seeking a passionate leader to oversee a well-established small residential care home in Harrogate. The home is rated Good by the CQC and prides itself on providing person-centred, high-quality care in a supportive and friendly environment.
As the Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the team, maintaining compliance, and ensuring every resident receives the highest standard of care. This is a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference while developing your leadership career in a well-resourced and respected service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the home
* Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice
* Oversee individual care plans and ensure regular reviews
* Motivate, develop, and support your team to deliver outstanding care
* Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and local professionals
* Promote the home within the community and support occupancy growth
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a residential or nursing care setting
* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Excellent understanding of CQC compliance and person-centred care
