Mon-Fri 40 hours per week

York, Darlington, Leeds

We are recruiting Health and Safety Trainer to work within the maintenance team and provide H&S and induction training to new staff, sub‑contractors and client personnel.

• Provide training relating to on‑site Health & Safety processes and procedures plus the induction of new staff.
• Provide training and induction services to sub‑contracting workers and end user personnel.
• Keep and maintain training and induction records across the various estates on the contract.
• Ensure inductions are kept up to date with any relevant legislation changes.
• Ensure quality is maintained across the internal processes and associated record keeping.
• Travel between each facility where required.

• Experience and interest in the delivery of training and inductions for new personnel, ideally within an FM or H&S sector.
• Able and willing to travel between each facility.
• The role will also require training the successful candidate in sector‑specific processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge and experience dealing with end users and client operations.
• Excellent record‑keeping skills.
