Service Manager – supported living for adults with learning disabilities

About the Role

Across the region we support individuals to live inclusive and fulfilling lives both at home and within their community through Active Support. Key aspects of this role are to help shape and deliver the strategy in your areas of influence and across the wider Trust.

Who we're looking for:

Great care is dependent on a great team, so you'll have strong leadership and coaching skills along with a desire to help develop your team and support progression. You may well be an experienced Manager working in a different setting, or someone who is seeking their next challenge. You'll have the passion for supporting individuals to live their best possible lives with a strong commitment to Equality, Diversion and Inclusion.

Previous management experience in social care

Experience supporting individuals with disabilities and/or autism

Strong knowledge and experience of social care regulations

Strong organisational and leadership skills

Confident with IT systems and data

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
