Are you an experienced and motivated Registered Care Home Manager looking for your next opportunity? We’re seeking a passionate leader to oversee a well-established small residential care home in Harrogate. The home is rated Good by the CQC and prides itself on providing person-centred, high-quality care in a supportive and friendly environment.

As the Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the team, maintaining compliance, and ensuring every resident receives the highest standard of care. • Lead and manage the day-to-day running of the home
• Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and best practice
• Oversee individual care plans and ensure regular reviews
• Motivate, develop, and support your team to deliver outstanding care
• Manage budgets, staffing, and resources effectively
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, and local professionals
• Promote the home within the community and support occupancy growth

• Previous experience as a Registered Manager in a residential or nursing care setting
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent understanding of CQC compliance and person-centred care

• Salary:
  Up to £47,000 per annum + benefits
• Performance bonus:
  Opportunity to earn 10% of your annual salary twice per year
• On-target earnings (OTE):
  Up to £56,400
