Speech and Language Therapist - Neurodevelopmental Specialist Permanent | Full-Time or Part-Time | Hybrid (Harrogate)
Salary:
Up to £55,000 DOE

A flexible hybrid working opportunity is now available for an experienced Speech and Language Therapist with specialist neurodevelopmental experience.
Role OverviewIn this role, you will contribute to high quality, evidence based assessments for children and young people referred for Autism and ADHD. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, supporting accurate diagnoses and providing clear, compassionate communication with families.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out structured, face to face observations as part of neurodevelopmental assessments
- Contribute to multidisciplinary diagnostic discussions and case formulations
- Deliver clear and supportive feedback to families
- Produce high quality clinical reports using digital/AI assisted tools
- Maintain compliance with KPIs and clinical governance requirements
- Participate in clinical supervision and reflective practice
- Support ongoing service development and improvements
- HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist (minimum 1 year)
- Minimum 1 year's experience conducting Autism/ADHD assessments with children or young people
- Experience with diagnostic tools such as DIVA, ADI?
R, and ADOS

Their approach is evidence based, person centred, and grounded in compassion, collaboration, and clinical excellence. The multidisciplinary team includes Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Nurses, and Medical Practitioners.
