£16.21 per hour salary tracking the real living wage.

£1000 Welcome Payment (Pro rata for part time roles)

Travel Allowance of up to £250 each month (Pro rata for part time roles)

An opportunity to be part of a brand new service: PIPS are developing a brand new service in Colburn. A development of 6 individual bungalows to support individuals to move into their own home. The service is currently being built and we are recruiting to support packages to commence transitions. Initially you might work with individuals in their current settings to get to know them prior to moving to their own home.

The role involves

• Supporting people to live active lives in the community.
• Managing daily living skills.
• Facilitating hobbies and interests.
• Helping people realise their dreams.
• Providing person‑centred individualized care with a focus on Positive Behavioural Support (PBS).
• Being part of the leadership team, role modelling effective care and supporting both the team and the individuals themselves.
