During your shift, you will be responsible for helping patients with their personal care needs, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting. You will also assist with feeding patients who require support and help them to move around the ward if needed. In addition to hands-on patient care, you will also be tasked with maintaining a clean and tidy ward environment. This includes changing bed linen, emptying bins, and ensuring that all equipment is clean and in good working order. Your attention to detail and commitment to infection control measures will be vital in preventing the spread of germs and keeping patients safe.
