Catering Supervisor

Job Title: Catering Supervisor – Compass Group UK & Ireland

We’re recruiting an experienced Catering Supervisor who is passionate about exceptional food and world-class customer service, and can confidently oversee all Compass Group UK/I catering & service operations on a full-time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring our kitchens and service counters run smoothly and helping to deliver truly incredible food experiences.

Shift patterns: 5 out of 7 days. This role is contracted to 48 weeks per year.

• Preparing delicious food to the highest standards
• Supervising culinary and catering teams to ensure impeccable food and customer service
• Communicating regularly with line manager to monitor KPIs and targets
• Representing Compass Group and maintaining a positive brand image
• Liaising between customers and our teams to exceed expectations
• Supporting and training teams, leading from the front to help everyone excel
• Implementing and reviewing Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance

• Passionate about great-tasting food and exceptional customer service
• Minimum of two years of catering experience
• Experience managing teams in a similar role
• Hold a Basic Food Hygiene certificate
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ambitious and motivated, always looking to upskill
