The role- Building relationships with clients and candidates
- Researching markets and headhunting top talent
- Managing interviews, offers and placements end to end
- Working towards clear performance and revenue targets
- 26k + base salary + uncapped commission (£4550k OTE year one)
- Industry leading training and ongoing development
- Clear progression
- promotion to Senior Consultant in 1218 months
