Enterprise IT Hardware Technician; Experienced – Servers, Storage and Networking

This role is focused on the refurbishment, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting of enterprise IT hardware upon arrival to the business, and prior to shipment to customers. The company primarily works with used and refurbished equipment from major vendors such as Dell, Fujitsu, HPE, Cisco and more. Technicians prepare servers, network switches, and storage systems in-house. Prior professional hardware experience is necessary.

Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered.

• Configure, assemble, test, and troubleshoot enterprise server, network and storage hardware from major vendors
• Perform hardware-level configuration and validation prior to customer shipment
• Diagnose hardware faults and replace failed components
• Document hardware configurations and test results
• Prepare systems for secure packaging and shipment to customers
• Assist customers with troubleshooting hardware faults.

Proven experience in server hardware installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting (required)

• Network hardware testing and troubleshooting
• Storage system installation, configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.

• Prior professional experience in IT hardware, data centre, or system integration environments
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with enterprise-grade hardware platforms
• Ability to independently diagnose and resolve hardware-level issues.

Full-time.

£35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year.
