Transdev is hiring a Data Analyst (V.I.E) M/F
Key Responsibilities :
As part of its ambition to strengthen data-driven decision-making across the organisation, Blazefield is looking for a proactive Data Analyst to support the development of its data and reporting function. Working closely with Finance and operational departments, the V.I.E will contribute to building reliable data processes and analytical tools that support strategic and operational decision-making.
Within the Finance team, the V.I.E will contribute to the development and structuring of the company’s data analytics capabilities.
Main responsibilities include :
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identifying relevant data sources and defining measurement parameters to ensure consistency across departments
- Supporting the development of data infrastructure to centralise and structure information
- Collecting, cleaning and integrating data from various systems
- Ensuring data quality and contributing to data governance practices
- Analysing data to identify trends, patterns and correlations
- Creating dashboards and visual reports to support decision-making and present insights to senior leaders
Your profile :
We are looking for a motivated candidate with strong analytical skills and an interest in data analysis and business performance.
- The ideal candidate should have:
- A degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, data analytics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of statistical tools such as R, SQL, or Python
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different teams
- High attention to detail and accuracy
This V.I.E opportunity offers the chance to join a dynamic and collaborative environment where data plays a key role in shaping business strategy. Working closely with the Head of Finance and department leaders, the Data Analyst will contribute to building the organisation’s data capabilities and gain valuable experience in business analytics, data governance, and performance monitoring within an international environment.
